2023 Gingerbread House
Gingerbread Sign Up will begin virtually starting Monday, September 18, 2023. There will be two in person sign ups available on Monday, October 2nd from 5-7 and Sunday, October 29th from 10-12 at the Youth and Family Project offices at 630 Elm Street in West Bend. Families are encouraged to sign up as early as possible. Sign up forms are due October 31, 2023 to secure a spot in the program.
Sign Up Instructions
Each person signing up will need:
- Identification
- Proof of Washington County Residency
- Referral source (food share, Forward card, or referral letter)
At sign-up, you will be asked to provide a summary stating why you are
requesting support for the holidays.
Using the QR code above, fill out the application, making sure to include as much information as possible for the wishlists. You will need to upload your identification, proof of residency, and referral source into the form. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. When your application has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with your family number.
In person sign ups will be offered, October 2nd, from 5pm-7pm, and October 29th, from 10am-12pm. In person signups will take place at The Youth and Family Project building. Please make sure you bring all the necessary items with you to the in person dates, as well as wishlists for each person included in your application.

Las inscripcionesen persona se llevarán a cabo en el edificio del Proyecto Juventud y Familia.Asegúrese de llevar todos los elementos necesarios a las fechas en persona,así como una lista de elementos de la lista de deseos para cada personaque incluya en su solicitud.
